- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread the chopped strawberries evenly.
- Roll up the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
