  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread the chopped strawberries evenly.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
