Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken ham, mixed seafood, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the potatoes and thyme, simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let it heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Crumble the reserved bacon on top and serve hot.
