- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Add onion and celery, cooking until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, turkey bacon mixture, parsley, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth and beaten egg. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
