  • 4 cups shredded cheese blend (cheddar, mozzarella)
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux.
  3. Add milk gradually, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in the cheese blend until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the cheese sauce; mix well.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
