  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, basil, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  3. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto the center of each wrapper and fold it up tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and place the rolls in the skillet.
  5. Cook until crispy and brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
