- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 rice paper wrappers
