- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, then pour over meatballs.
