Delicious and easy to prepare, these Salisbury meatballs are perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, then pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce, then stir back into the slow cooker.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme.
