Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and gochugaru; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine cucumber slices with rice vinegar and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve the beef over rice with cucumber salad on the side.

Notes
