- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
