- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, cooked
- 12 sheets lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add crab meat and stir gently.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Layer lasagna noodles, followed by a mix of ricotta, shrimp, crab, and mozzarella.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
