A delicious and rich lasagna filled with succulent shrimp and crab, perfect for seafood enthusiasts.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, cooked
  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add crab meat and stir gently.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  5. Layer lasagna noodles, followed by a mix of ricotta, shrimp, crab, and mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • Let the lasagna sit for better slicing.
