  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the smoked sausage and cranberries.
