  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Herby Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken breasts in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, prepare the pitas with mixed greens and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Once cooked, slice the chicken and add it to the pitas and drizzle with Herby Ranch dressing.
