- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
