A delightful appetizer that combines classic deviled eggs with pumpkin and turkey bacon for a unique twist.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in the pumpkin puree, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add in chopped chives and crumbled turkey bacon, then mix until well combined.
  4. Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Garnish with additional chives or turkey bacon if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
