- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, and dill)
- 1 package reshteh (Persian noodles)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
