  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 6 slices bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and ground mustard.
  5. In a greased baking dish, layer the bread cubes, chicken ham, sautéed onion, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered, until golden and set.
