Deliciously creamy garlic pasta made in just 20 minutes with the added flavor of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pot and set aside.
  2. Add garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add pasta, chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and cover, simmer for about 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Chop the cooked turkey bacon and fold into the pasta.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
  • Feel free to add vegetables such as spinach or peas.
