  • 1 pound chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
