Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup.
  3. Coat chicken breasts in the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Peel and dice sweet potatoes, toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread sweet potatoes on the baking sheet with chicken.
