1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large egg yolks
1 cup fresh mango puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolks and mix until the dough comes together.
Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mango puree, sugar, lemon juice, eggs, and heavy cream.
Pour the mango mixture into the tart shell and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
