- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add flank steak and cook until browned.
- Add onions, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger, and stir until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in kimchi, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Fill each hoagie roll with the bulgogi mixture and top with provolone cheese.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with crispy turkey bacon and serve.
