- 2 pounds beef, cut into cubes
- 1 cup rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
