1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup turkey pepperoni
1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup unsweetened tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg, beaten
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Roll out the mixture onto a floured surface and spread with tomato sauce.
Roll up tight and cut into pieces.
