Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain any excess fat.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
Remove from heat and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
These can be frozen before baking; just prolong the baking time if baking from frozen.
