  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pre-made pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add the onions and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  6. Mix in the cooked chicken, chicken ham, and frozen veggies.
  7. Pour the mixture into one of the pie crusts.
  8. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges.
  9. Cut a few slits in the top for steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat pie crusts.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables for more variety.
