8 Hawaiian rolls
8 slices turkey bacon
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each Hawaiian roll.
In the skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, place half of the rolls with the mayonnaise side up, add a slice of cheddar cheese, then the cooked turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, and top with the remaining rolls.
Spread butter on the outside of the sandwiches.
Grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add fresh herbs like basil or a slice of tomato.
