- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until cooked through.
- Stir in the garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Spread some enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll up.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
