1 pound ground beef
4 cups diced potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with the diced potatoes and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
