  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
