  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic butter.
  3. Once melted, add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks from the skillet and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until smooth.
  7. Serve the sauce over the steaks, garnished with fresh parsley.
