- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
- Add the sliced onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onions are caramelized.
