  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the shallots until translucent.
  3. Add the wine and reduce by half. Then stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the lobster meat and cook until heated through.
  5. Transfer the mixture into lobster shells, and top with Gruyère cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
