1 cup cottage cheese
4 large eggs
1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into greased silicone muffin molds or a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg bites are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the molds.
