  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside.
  2. Flatten chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  3. Add olive oil and butter to the skillet and brown the chicken on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and sauté the mushrooms until golden.
