  • 1 lemon (halved)
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the chicken.
  4. Season the chicken inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Stuff the cavity with lemon halves and thyme.
