  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the cheese mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For an extra crunch, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
