12 oz mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
oil for frying
Instructions
Start by freezing the mozzarella sticks for about 30 minutes.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dip each mozzarella stick first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
