Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, green onions, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
