Delicious crispy salmon bites with a spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless and diced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each salmon piece first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated salmon bites on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While the salmon bites are baking, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to create the bang bang sauce.
  8. Serve the crispy salmon bites with the sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can fry the salmon bites instead of baking them.
  • Adjust the spice level of the bang bang sauce by adding more or less sriracha sauce.
