- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In a pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, add heavy cream, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cooked pasta. Stir to combine.
- Add roasted tomatoes and crispy turkey bacon. Toss gently to mix.
- Serve warm, garnishing with extra bacon if desired.
