- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add potatoes and thyme, cooking for about 5 minutes.
