  • 1 cup queso cheese
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, queso cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
