2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup queso cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
8 tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, queso cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with more queso cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
