  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned and cooked through.
