  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and crumbled bacon, mixing well.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
