A rich and indulgent casserole combining creamy pierogi and savory beef kielbasa cooked to perfection in your crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound beef kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer the sliced kielbasa, onion, and garlic over the pierogi.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
