- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package tortilla chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, and spices.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the chicken mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining tortilla chips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding diced jalapeños.
- Use fresh cilantro as a garnish.
