  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
