2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
