  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
