  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in the bacon drippings.
  4. Add heavy cream and cook until it begins to thicken.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  6. Add the fettuccine and bacon to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
