Ingredients

1 cup water
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1 cup sugar-free fruit juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sweetener (optional)
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the water until just boiling.
Remove from heat and sprinkle the gelatin over the water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add the fruit juice and lemon juice, and stir well.
If desired, add sweetener to taste.
Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until set, about 2-4 hours.
Once set, remove from molds and serve.
