  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a large baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti, then half of the meat sauce, and half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat the layers.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
